Returns outside the European Union (including the USA)
For customers outside the European Union, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or preference (for example if you simply don’t like the product anymore).
We only accept a return or offer a refund/replacement if:

the item is defective or damaged, or
-
you received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
Incorrect Size Selection
Please ensure that you carefully review the size chart and product measurements before placing your order.
We do not accept refunds or returns if an incorrect size was selected by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all sizing information before completing the purchase.
If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team prior to ordering.
Orders placed with the wrong size due to customer oversight are not eligible for a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Your return will be reviewed and you are going to receive a new product free of charge in case of a warranty claim.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty is an optional one-time replacement coverage for manufacturing defects only. The warranty can be used once per order, regardless of how many items or bundle units were purchased. Once a replacement has been issued under the Lifetime Warranty, the warranty is considered fulfilled and will no longer apply to that order. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, lost or stolen items, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper use. Proof of purchase may be required before a replacement is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
