Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS 

If you have purchased a recurring subscription plan (e.g., "Subscribe & Save"), your payment method will be automatically charged at the intervals you selected at checkout until you cancel. 

Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 30 days, as consistent use is necessary to experience the full benefits of the product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. To prevent the next shipment from being processed, cancellations must be submitted at least 4 business days prior to your next scheduled renewal date.

HOW TO CANCEL

We offer two easy ways to manage or cancel your subscription:

  1. Self-Service Portal: You can access your subscription portal via the "Manage Subscription" link located in the "Support" menu on our website, or in the footer menu at the bottom of the page. This link is also included in your subscription reminder email before the renewal.

  2. Email Support: Simply email us at evoyra.info@gmail.com with your request, and our team will handle it for you.

If you cancel after a renewal order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle. We cannot refund charges for orders that have already been dispatched.
